Occasionally we make plans for ourselves as well. We had in place a freepx/asterisk-based switchboard at our location.Unfortunately, however, we had experienced some stability problems with both the protocol and our connection. That’s why we came up with the idea of making a cloud switchboard………
…. So our need was to have something that was installable on our azure cloud and that would allow us to be able to offer our customers a lesser service. Our choice of ? 3cx !!! In addition to being deployable directly on azure it allows us to have mobile voip terminals (thanks to the Android/IOS Apple apps) , physical phones at our location and thanks to being cloud virtually anywhere. In addition, plug-ins that can be integrated with WordPress, outlook ,etc. have allowed us to streamline some processes (including direct contact via chat from our site) and the ability to handle conference calls without having to force anyone to install a software client.
