After a consolidation phase of one of our client’s internal IT infrastructure, it turned out to be necessary to have an external backup solution in order to ensure, in case of problems, a prompt restart of the infrastructure. Since IT is based on vmware hypervisors, that’s when implementing Veeam backup and a cloud repository for backup was the winning solution.
Thus, the solution is based on veeam backup with the addition of our technology partner’s cloud repository. The solution provides 2 tb of cloud space, where the backup infrastructure created deposits daily backups of the entire vmware structure. Thus, a high value-added solution was created with minimal expense that provides a guaranteed restart in the event of a fault.
